Techniquex and WeTechCareOfYou built a relationship upon trust and imagination to create a custom-made SharePoint environment using scalable cloud technology.

The Opportunity

Techniquex wanted to create custom branded collaborative platform for its employees and also have a central location for all their documents for controlled access, updates and distribution. The new intranet site envisioned was to ensure all staff are easily able to access documents, capture data and collaborate real time, all of this with the added vision for automation and analytics in the future.

The Approach

To create Techniquex’s SharePoint environment, all data from network drives were assessed to understand and create the structure of the SharePoint sites. Once the SharePoint sites, lists and libraries were created, we were able to assist in migration through automation to the new structure. The SharePoint environment was also enabling staff to personalise their own department’s pages with managed permissions.

For aspects of branding we built and deployed a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part to display custom section headers and also render aspects to be more consistent with branding requirements.

Along with the development of the platform, training was provided for all staff before the new working environment was in production. These training sessions ensured any questions and directions were answered empowering the staff to optimally utilize the new methods of working.

WeTechCareOfYou with Techniquex was able to work in a collaborative effort to create the solution required. By providing ongoing support after delivery, Techniquex can be confident about the well-being of their environment and also build a long term relationship with WeTechCareOfYou.
