ITOPIA is an IT support organisation which manages Onsite & Remote Support, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions and WordPress maintenance. They aim to deliver the best IT support in Brisbane.

The Problem

WeTechCareOfYou was engaged on a small project to enhance and administrate two power automate flows automating business processes and requests.

The Approach

WeTechCareOfYou made the required administrative changes to SharePoint lists; user profile changes in exchange and steps within the running Power Automate flows.

We added approvals and added additional steps to improve the process and also made the process improvement by tagging it to a service account for better management in the future.

The Result

The Power Automate flows have improved the request forms with additional steps and approvals in place and now all managed through service accounts over dedicated user profiles.
